Studio Northform is an eight-person architecture and interior practice in Copenhagen. Since 2016 we have designed housing, workplaces and public rooms that are exactly as complex as they need to be — and no more.

The method does not change with the scale: measure what exists, draw what is needed, remove what is not.
Northform was founded in 2016 by Astrid Nørgaard and Jonas Vinter. We are two partners and six architects working from a former print shop on Njalsgade, across housing, workplace, culture and transformation.
A plan should be readable at a glance; a detail should explain the whole building. We stay through construction — the drawing is a promise, and we keep it on site.

Concept — handover
Capacity, planning framework, early massing — before anything is promised.
New build from first sketch to handover, for developers, municipalities and private clients.
Re-use of existing structures: keep the frame, change the programme.
Homes, workplaces and hospitality, drawn with the same rigor as the shell.
Fixed furniture and fittings, detailed to the millimetre and built once.
Tender, supervision and delivery — we stay until the keys are handed over.
